The Vahini series are the only published writings put together by Sai Baba himself. Swami used to handwrite the text of the Vahini's and hand them to Professor Kasturi to publish in the early volumes of Sanathana Sarathi. The Vahini's contain Swami's explanation and comments on the main topics of the ancient Vedas and are adjusted and corrected for the kali age.
Each volume of the Vahini's deal with different stages and paths of spiritual development and are instructions for the shisya.
